1. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on your delivery location and order value.
Bilaspur City
● Orders below ₹499: Shipping charge of ₹49
● Orders ₹499 and above: FREE delivery
Other Locations Across India
● Orders below ₹999: Shipping charge of ₹99
● Orders ₹999 and above: FREE delivery
The more you order, the less you pay for shipping — and at ₹999 and above (₹499 in Bilaspur), shipping is on us.
2. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is shipped, here's how long it takes to reach you:
Within Bilaspur City
Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
Outside Bilaspur (Pan-India Delivery)
Delivery within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing — this includes order verification, careful packaging, and quality checks to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing:
● Your tracking number
● A direct tracking link
● The name of the courier partner handling your delivery
You can track your order anytime using the link provided. If you don't receive a tracking confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
5. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable, trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All shipments are handled with care to maintain product quality and packaging integrity.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate, including:
● Full name
● Complete address with house/flat number, street, and landmark
● City, state, and PIN code
● Active mobile number
Krishiyug is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If they are unable to reach you or the address provided, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
● Krishiyug will contact you to confirm a new delivery date or address
● Re-shipping charges may apply, depending on the situation
● If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued after deducting any applicable charges
8. Delivery Delays
While we work hard to deliver every order on time, certain factors are beyond our control. Delivery may be delayed due to:
● Severe weather or natural events
● Courier service disruptions
● Government regulations, lockdowns, or restrictions
● Public holidays
● Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us — we will track it for you and resolve any issues.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Krishiyug ships only within India. We hope to expand internationally in the future. For bulk or international enquiries, please contact our customer support team.
10. Damaged Or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the steps to report the issue. Always contact us within 2 days of delivery for prompt resolution.
